"The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. "Positives: 1) Check-in attendee was excellent on May 26, 2026 @ 7pm. 2) Location was good for easy highway access. Negatives: 1) Toilet would not flush/fill up automatically. "Do not stay here. Property was absolutely disgusting, there were piles of ash on my rooms floor, the entire floor was slightly sticky, and I booked a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. There were large flakes of caked dust hanging from the ceiling. Holes in the sheets and comforters that had obviously been cut out to hide cigarette burns, and multiple stains throughout the bedding as well. "This property was not in the best conditions. I would’ve left but other hotels were booked due to a concert nearby. I had 2 bed room with my daughter and friend. The room decor was outdated, the floor lamp didn’t work, the desk lamp didn’t work and most of the lighting in the room was dull. "This property was a little out dated then I thought it was very old. The lighting is the rooms are really dull but during the day you get the lighting from the windows. The bed was not very comfy it was sunken in at not very firm. The room was far just out dated furniture. The hallways and staircase did have a smell to them not sure what from maybe from the carpet being older. The stay was very kind, nice and genuine. The lady the ran the breakfast area was super awesome nice and very helpful....
