Condomínios em Rodovia Pico a Pico, CO

"Location was great; views were beautiful! Condo had everything we needed. Parking “up top” was sometimes full, so we ended up having to park in lower lot and walk up to the top, which wasn’t a big deal to us since our whole reason to visit was to go hiking. As others have mentioned, the oversized furniture is a bit challenging, especially if you need to use the Murphy bed (which we did). But overall, would recommend if you want to spend your days enjoying RMNP and Estes Park."

"This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

"Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!"

"Great place, super friendly host! Highly recommend!!"

"The bed was horrible and the only thing the property manager said back was sorry he never had no complaints ok yea bed was so bad you couldn’t sleep bed squeaking my back was killing me so uncomfortable old bed"

"It was a great location to RMNP. Very quiet and relaxing, perfect if you are planning a visit to the park."

"Great stay. Great location. Went in summer and used A/C (window unit) noticed we were only condo w/ window unit and it was a little noisy"
