"Great property for a family. Very roomy! Suggest taking extra towels and washcloths, extra toilet paper (theirs is not great) and extra basic kitchen necessities. "

"Excellent place to stay during the summer! Only about 45 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park Grand Lake entrance and a little over an hour from Denver. Very clean and fully stocked with everything you would need.The surroundings are beautiful in the summer. Lotsnof activities for hikers, bikers and sightseers. Great value!"

"Great location!! Right in the middle of historic Grand Lake. Easy access to everything. Property was very neat, well maintained and upgraded nicely. The only thing I would add would be window shades for the two higher windows as the street light shown in. Overall excellent property with great access."

"This is the rare VRBO I would truly love to return to. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5: comfortable beds, two bathrooms, great kitchen, porch/balcony, and loved having laundry. Walkable to a couple restaurants and very easy access to RMNP, where we were spending our time. We saw elk and a black bear near the condo. The property manager was very responsive when we needed anything. We loved our stay and will recommend widely!"

"We had a wonderful stay here — the location cannot be beat! You’re close to town — but still along side the river. The cleanliness of the VRBO was perfect- we had everything we needed and then some. "The property was comfortable and well-kept. It isn't fancy, but we didn't expect for it to be fancy as a lot of properties in the little mountain towns are not super fancy anyway. For the cost and location, we were happy. We would stay again. The only feedback is my teenage daughter got hot at night on the top bunk so a fan in that bedroom would be helpful. There was never other issues without an a/c in the house."
