"Room is moderately clean and well maintained, although vacuum cleaning and painting on some furniture in the room would be appropriate. For breakfast it was not included in the daily rate and it was necessary to use bars in the surrounding area as the hotel bar was closed in the morning. Very well located and close to everything with good musical attractions at night Great food options close to the hotel."

"The property is well maintained and the staff were so helpful. It’s a peaceful distance from downtown but not too far. Everything is minutes away. 4 miles from Fall River entrance to RMNP. Slept with patio door open and slept peaceful with the sound of the stream!"

"Our room was very clean and had lots of amenities. The jacuzzi tub was awesome and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was great. The only downside was the satellite TV stopped working, but we didn't come to Estes Park to watch TV."

"A great place to stay if you want to walk to downtown Manitou Springs or to the starting line for the Pike's Peak Ascent or Pike's Peak Marathon. Good on site laundry and ice machine. Nice breakfast room for meeting people. Pretty good breakfast, too. Phil"

"Room was very nice. Casino was an older casino. Dining was limited, and hours were limited. Price was reasonable but probably not stay there again. There are some nicer casinos in the area that have more for less."
