The home is adorable, and we really enjoyed the bananas and muffins the following morning that had been left for us! Communication with Bonita was top notch, as well. My last couple of VRBO experiences have not been all I had expected or hoped for, and I was slightly losing faith in the process after so many years...

"Property was as described but the description about plenty of room for parking was misleading. We had a 44 ft fifth wheel and without expertise driving you won't get your rig near the house. The turns are too sharp and tight in either direction of the road. We had to go past the road up to the hospital on the top of the hill all the way around to get the rig turned around to come back down the hill to get up the the road to the front of the house. When we left we had the back back down the road...

"This estate was a perfect family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. The host gave important information in a timely manner and the housekeeper answered questions quickly and precisely. The place is kept up and nestled in a beautiful location. Three of the family members played golf one night. Two family members enjoyed runs and the rest explored hiking. There was ample room for everyone; fun activities like ping pong and corn hole. We just had the best time and I am glad I found this...

"My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed here the night before her wedding and the house was perfect! So clean, nicely furnished, and a beautiful space for them to gather. When the host found out they would be getting ready for a wedding they brought in some extra mirrors for them to use, which was a nice extra touch. "

"We came to Kentucky for the Rock The Country concert in Ashland. Although it was a little bit of a drive to Ashland, the house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their own space. The house is an older farm house and even though it needs some updating and maintenance, it didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. It has everything you could need and more. The grounds and surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. We would definitely recommend...
