"Great views from the room, near many coastal hiking trails, near Point Arena for any necessities. The room has a small refrigerator & a microwave which is a plus. I have stayed here 3 times, twice in the Keeper’s Room."

"My experience at Mendo Bungalows was nice. I liked the size of the cabins and the location was closest in town to the wedding venue which was in the forest. It was a good value in my opinion for having an ocean view as well. The bed was cozy and the rooms were clean. I liked the fireplace and tv. Parking was plentiful. There was some sort of bird cooing in a nest somewhere above us which was kinda funny, but not a problem for us. Just nature I guess! Overall I would stay here again. 4 stars...

"Nice quiet home with a quaint cottagey feel. The kitchen was dated but well stocked with everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed the yard and playing with the cats out the back. Convenient location to Monterrey and Carmel, there's a big playground a blocks walk away too."

"DECEPTIVE LISTING!! THIS IS SHARED SPACE! We booked this "entire home". When we arrived, we were told that the host shares the living space and kitchen! Her listing says we have the entire home and that host lives "on opposite side of property" - not true! She's IN the house! My bf went to make toast and Mary immediately came out and started talking. When my friends were outside, Mary came over to chat. Her dog, while cute, was also very "bitey" and uncontrolled. We're dog lovers, too. Also,...
