Turning towards the ocean on Surf Side Drive, you are now only 30 seconds from TRIPLE FINS. Approaching the house you will see a cedar-sided beauty with under-house parking and welcoming decks.

On the first level, you will find a game room complete with wet bar including mini-fridge and microwave, and a pool table. You will also find direct access to the sparkling outdoor swimming pool with large concrete pool deck. A queen bedroom and a full bath can also be found on this level.

Moving up to the second level, you will find a king master bedroom with private bath that opens onto a private deck to spend time with your loved one. A queen bedroom and a pyramid bunk bedroom with trundle share a full bathroom off the hall and both open onto the ocean view deck. The relaxation continues as you soak your cares away in the hot tub on the second level deck with ocean view!

You will fall in love with the ocean and sound views on the top level, captured also from the open great room, kitchen, and dining area. High vaulted ceilings and a spacious floor plan give light to a bright interior -- complete with slider doors that open onto a beautiful sundeck. The king master bedroom with private bath, also located on this level, boasts views of both the ocean and sound.
