"The property was clean. The property owner provided all of the essentials that you would need during your stay. The hatteras realty never responded to us when we had an issue with the HVAC system keeping up on a 89 degree day. The house got to 84 degrees."

"Everything was nice, but I would recommend curtains in the bathrooms and in the master bedroom it was completely open , so we had to hang towels, but the place was clean and nice! I would stay again "

"This lovely cottage was exactly as described in the listing. Conveniently located, a quick walk to the beach, very clean, and easy/friendly host communication! We loved walking around the corner to Sea Level for breakfast. So nice to have parking right out front. The outdoor shower was a nice feature after walking back from the beach. Definitely 5 stars!"

"Lovely home! It felt like a magazine and was decorated and designed so cute! The beds were soft and had nice linens. It was way cleaner than a hotel and the stuff is much nicer. The host was lovely as responsive. The check in and out is easy. The house had about 3-4 beach chairs, toys, 2 boggie boards, and a few smaller umbrellas. The hot tub is lovely. There is also a lift for your luggage or groceries, which was so nice! Some general advice, once you get to the beach entrance, it’s a long walk...
