"Lovely beach house. Great location. We only had 5 adults so it was very comfy. Views were spectacular....right on the ocean. I would not hesitate to stay again. Only suggestion: The very bottom step going to lower level is a different color brown which blends with floor. My 70 yr old father fell. NOT HURT...but I would put a WATCH YOUR STEP...OR something more identifying."

"This rental is exactly as pictured and it's lovely! The bed was VERY comfortable - not "dipped" in the middle like some places we've stayed. Everything was really clean, switches were labeled, and there were easy-to-follow directions for door entry, internet, parking, etc. We only stayed one night so we didn't get to use the kitchen. The river views are so nice - being up on the 9th floor, we could see so far! Owner was great to communicate with - he sent an email before our trip that covered...

"We truly enjoyed the house! We found everything we needed. All of the furniture was clean and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. It was a short walk to the beach. We also loved the cart and chairs. The view from the deck was incredible. I would highly recommend this house!"

"I was worried when I read the reviews about the black mold but there was no mold! Clean. Beautiful marsh view. Pretty easy walk to the beach. Plenty of supplies already in house. Soap shampoo toilet paper. So nice to not have to provide. Golf cart broke down ☹️. LOTS of stairs! All in all it was a great place. Needs a couple more pots, side tables to put drinks on around sofas. Would definitely recommend though."

"The Blockade Runner is a good safe bet on WB. You can’t beat its location and they’ll likely never be any more hotels permitted on WB so they have a bit of a captive market. That said their guest services are top notch, the front lawn and beachfront access can’t be beaten. Parking and valet guys are great. Servers at the bar and pool are great. The sailboats, kayaks and access to the harbor side activities is fantastic. It’s so close to the shops, and restaurants down near South Beach too....
