The pier goes out to the deep channel coming out of Salt Lake (fish estuary). Schools of dolphins chasing fish, and lots of great bird watching are a daily occurrence. Relax in the hammock. Grill up the daily catch on your choice of Charcoal or the propane grill. Extra large fenced in yard on 3 sides (water side is not fenced). House was recently redone with new furniture and new appliances in the kitchen. For those who want to hang inside there is a wall of windows looking out over the water, and a 65" tv in the living room with a tv in every bedroom. High speed internet that will allow for streaming and working. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need.
