"My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇"

"This bay house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The back porch had the stair way removed from the center of the porch, and now it is on the outside of the home. This was an excellent improvement.Washer and dryer were in very good condition as was the dishwasher.Overall, it was a most relaxing stay for my sons, their wives and their children."

"Talk about a perfect vacation. This property was extremely beautiful and clean. It suited my family in every way possible. We stayed 7 days, and each time we opened the doors it was hard to believe we had to leave. Awesome location close to the water and shops made the trip so relaxing. Will definitely be coming back to stay at this location. "

"Beautiful home we all had a great time plenty for all to do and enjoy The whole family enjoyed the pool hot tub and absouletly loved the fishing off the dock we caught red fish spotted trout flounder sheepshead and even a blue crab. We will definetly book here again..we come every year and this place by far exceeded all of our expectaions "

"Our stay was perfect. Kizer and Daisy enjoyed the yard to run free in. That made it much easier for us. The location is ideal for Rockport area. Easy to get to your destinations with ease. Highly Recommend this place as a quiet relaxing stay."

"Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have...
