Welcome to Copano Bay Villa! 

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom home is nestled on a canal leading to Rockport's iconic Copano Bay. Inside you'll find a modern open concept design with large windows that provide natural light and breathtaking bay views. The living area has a large sofa, 3 lounge chairs and a 70-inch smart tv to enjoy all your favorite entertainment.  The kitchen comes fully equipped to make your favorite homemade meals, including a combination one cup/full pot coffee maker, microwave, blender, and crockpot. The dining room has enough seating for 8 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island so the whole family can enjoy breakfast together.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, dresser, and a large closet to store all of your vacation apparel. The primary bathroom has double sinks and a shower/bathtub combo. The second and third bedrooms both have queen beds, smart TVs and plenty of storage for all of your coastal treasures. The shared bathroom has a luxurious walk in shower and nautical decor. 

Outside is the real treasure with plenty of outdoor seating on both the deck and upstairs balcony so you can soak up the sun and fish the day away. With lounge chairs, a picnic table, a BBQ pit and a small fish cleaning table with access to water, the whole family can reel 'em in and throw them right on the grill for the freshest fish dinner you can get. 

Take a short drive to share in local favorites with popular restaurants, bars and shops on Fulton Beach Road. Get some sun and have some fun at Rockport Beach, featuring a 800 ft pier, large pavilions, volleyball nets, picnic tables and BBQ pits. Downtown Rockport is just a short walk from the beach where you can explore unique shops and enjoy fresh seafood from our wonderful eateries. Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
