"I loved my stay here. Janine was so welcoming! The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The room was large, beautifully decorated and so very comfortable! Thank you so very much!!"

We arrived late on Friday, after picking up my wife from the airport, but the reception staff were ready and waiting and when we decided to go to the bar for a nightcap, the bar staff were friendly and not rushed at all, even with only hand an hour till closing. "I received a lovely welcome despite my late arrival The room was lovely and clean and quiet. As a woman travelling on my own I felt very safe and well looked after. Breakfast was really lovely. I hope to return and hopefully have tome for dinner next time! "

"Fabulous stay - loved it! Breakfast hamper was absolutely wonderful, though we couldn’t eat it all. Plenty of parking. Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late. Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends."

"Staff was amazing! Had a wonderful time with a clean room and thought it was a really neat place. The staircase could be difficult for some, as it's obviously an old one built when treads weren't as deep. Nicely set up room, though small in size. Would definitely stay there again! The only downside for me was lack of a soft pillow though flatter pillows appear to be more standard in the UK.
