If you're looking for the perfect home base for your Rockaway Beach trip, consider this spacious three-bedroom vacation rental! Up to eight guests will enjoy having easy access to the beach and Twin Rocks County Park, in addition to a private hot tub, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The best part? Dogs are welcome, too! Situated on a quiet dead-end street on the southern edge of Rockaway Beach, this charming home is just half a mile from the sandy shore and a few minutes' walk to Twin Rocks County Park. The central business district is one-and-a-half miles north and features a variety of souvenir shops, specialty stores, restaurants, and cafes.

Upon entering the home, you'll find yourself in a pleasant living area with an open floor plan, which combines the family room with the kitchen and dining area. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, a double sink, and fun extras like a coffee grinder and a French press. Sit down to eat at the six-person dining room table, or grab a seat at one of the two bar stools at the center kitchen island. When you're finished eating, the dishwasher takes care of clean-up.

In the living area, a comfortable couch and two easy chairs surround a flatscreen TV. Put your feet up and relax while you browse the cable channels, or just take a nap between adventures. Past the living room, there's a full bathroom and a door leading to the fenced backyard. There's a small patio with a few chairs - perfect for a peaceful place to unwind while you enjoy a post-dinner glass of wine.

Head back inside and up the stairs to find this home's three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature queen-size beds, while one bedroom includes a set of twin-over-queen-style bunk beds. All three bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom. There's also a queen-size sofabed in the living room. Altogether, this home can accommodate up to eight guests.

Start your morning with a leisurely brunch at home before embarking on a quick half-mile walk to the coast. Stroll along the sandy shoreline, perhaps stopping to admire the eponymous Twin Rocks formation that lies just offshore. Make your way north to downtown Rockaway Beach and indulge in a little window-shopping before grabbing a bite to eat. Spend an afternoon at Jetty Fishery and Marina, where you can rent equipment to catch Coho salmon, Dungeness crab, and clams. If you're successful, take your catch back to your vacation rental for a seafood feast! The next day, go for a quick hike in Twin Rocks County Park, or take a day trip to Tillamook and tour the famous Tillamook Cheese Factory.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
