Quiet Wilcox County Retreat-Long Leaf Pine Lodge

Recently remodeled family home located within our farm. It is situated on a dirt road and surrounded by long leaf pines to give the feeling of quiet seclusion. The home features three bedrooms and two full baths. There are board games and cards for quiet time. TVs are in two rooms connected to an antenna for reception of a number of stations. Family room TV is Roku connected. Wifi is available throughout the house.
You may enjoy the sounds of birds and crickets while swinging on the front porch. The main portion of the home is largely an open floor plan which provides ample natural light. The kitchen is wellequipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with ice maker. There are two coffee pots- traditional drip and Keurig. We have caffeinated and decaf coffee and filters as well as pods for the Keurig. A tea kettle and tea is also provided. It is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils if you plan to cook. The dining room and bar in the kitchen will allow for a large gathering of family and friends. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, plastic bags and wrap, foil, trash bags. There is a washing machine and dryer that guests are welcome to use. We have laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. Blow dryers in the bathrooms along with plenty of towels. We hope to make your visit as easy and pleasant as we can. A large yard for outside play and a friendly game of corn hole.

There is a large yard for outside activities. Quiet walks in the woods are right out the back door. A small house attached to the main house contains the washing machine and dryer.

For stays longer than 3 weeks we have a housekeeping service that will clean the house every 2 weeks at a mutually acceptable time at no additional charge to you.
