"The front desk was very friendly and helpful. While the room was clean, the room itself was dated. Bathroom was dark and dated. Bed comfortable. Didn’t like that we had to climb steps to get to/from room since it was rainy."

"My check in started with the staff looking in my bags which were open tote bags, not her business. I had a room next to the elevator and ice machine which made noise all night. I had to call the front desk twice because of constant loud noise above my room. The shower was not cleaned. There was visible dirt and hair on the floor also, clothes from the previous guest were still in the bathroom. The courtesy coffee was not drinkable. "Traveling, so I only stayed one night. Only thing that stood out was that the desk clerk saw that I was elderly and limping slightly, and gave me a room really close to the front desk, and the breakfast bar. I thought that was pretty thoughtful. Didn't get his name but he was very young and courteous...."

"There’s a lot of bad things I could say about this cabin. But the worst thing was (the wiring). I was worried the cabin would catch on fire. Some of the light fixtures were loose in the walls. Especially the kitchen. We did not use the hot tub. We were informed that if water was spilled out it would trip the electric breaker box."
