Sleeping 10, Julia's owners have put lot of thought into the build of the house. Under cover BBQ area with fully enclosed backyard. Plenty of space for the children to play unsupervised . Open plan living and dining.

Recently fitted with Starlink Wifi and a welcome basket of goodies for those staying more than 1 night, the owners have really thought of it all.

Julia's joins onto Syleham Zero with the garage but has its own private backyard. It is located on the corner of Davenport St and Lord Syleham St facing Davenport Street. High Chair Supplied.

Top bunks are not suitable for those over 14 years of age.

It is the dog owners responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises, Robe Holiday Rentals can not guarantee fencing will be a suitable match with your pet.
A $300 refundable pet bond is required for your stay.

Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guests responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.
