    The Home

    Alexander House is defined by generous proportions and an easy, practical flow. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are complemented by two separate living areas, allowing the house to adapt naturally to families or groups sharing time together — perfect for families or friends travelling together.

    Light-filled interiors and a calm, neutral palette create an atmosphere that feels relaxed and welcoming from the moment you arrive.

    At the centre of the home, a fully equipped kitchen supports both everyday living and relaxed entertaining, encouraging shared meals and slow evenings after a day by the sea.

    Outside, the fully enclosed yard offers a private extension of the living spaces — ideal for fresh coastal air and safe play for little ones and your pooch.

    Location

    Alexander House is set in a quiet neighbourhood just a five-minute walk to Robe’s Main Street.

    Enjoy an easy stroll or bike ride into town where cafés, shops and village conveniences are within reach. Front Beach and Hoopers Beach are both within easy walking distance, making beach days simple and relaxed.

    It’s an easy base for exploring Robe’s beaches, coastal walks and local cafés.

    Sleep

    Rest comfortably in beautifully appointed beds dressed with linen from Society of Wanderers, designed to support a restful night after a day by the coast.

    Soft, neutral bedrooms create a calm space to unwind and recharge.

    Kitchen & Dining

    Start your morning with local beans from Mahalia Coffee, brewed with the Nespresso coffee machine.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven and dishwasher, making everyday meals and relaxed entertaining easy.

    Enjoy meals indoors or alfresco at the outdoor six-seater dining table, complete with a BBQ for relaxed outdoor cooking. The alfresco area can be fully opened during warmer months or enclosed during winter, allowing the space to be enjoyed comfortably throughout the seasons.

    It’s the perfect spot to start the day with coffee in the morning sun or gather for relaxed dinners after a day exploring Robe’s beaches.

    Basic pantry essentials are supplied, such as coffee, tea, spices and olive oil. Robe’s supermarket is located 5 minutes away in town for you to stock up on your holiday supplies.

    Bathrooms

    The master bedroom features a private ensuite with ALIVE hair and body products and plush towels.

    The second bathroom and toilet are thoughtfully appointed and easily accessible for the remaining bedrooms, while a downstairs vanity off the kitchen adds extra convenience during your stay.

    Living

    This is where the relaxing begins.

    Curl up with a book on the comfortable modular sofa, enjoy the warmth of the combustion fireplace during winter, or settle in after a day at the beach.

    Light-filled and inviting, this space is designed for slow mornings and easy evenings..

    You will have access to the entire property.

    We are available for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. If you need anything, give us a call or reach out through your platform. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

    SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

    This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Your Home Anywhere (“Host”) and {guest_first_name} {guest_surname}. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged by booking confirmation & payment, the parties hereby agree as follows:

    Property
    The property is furnished and includes linens, towels, bathroom amenities & WIFI. Any room that has been locked or noted as off limits is not available to guests during their stay.

    Guest Details.
    Your email address and Australian contact number plus all guests full names their ages need to be provided via the booking portal prior to arrival.

    Payment Details.
    Once your booking is confirmed your payment will be collected.

    Maximum Occupancy.
    The maximum guest occupancy noted in the listing will be adhered to.

    Term of the Lease.
    The lease begins no earlier than {check_in_time} on the {check_in_date} and ends at {check_out_time} on {check_out_date}

    Access
    Guest shall allow Host access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Host shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

    Rental Rules
    Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all guests to abide by the rules at all times while at the property.

    If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, the Guest must inform us immediately.

    RENTAL RULES

    1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house and/or on any part of the property.
    2. People other than those listed as Guests may not stay overnight in the property and no visitors unless previously discussed with us.
    3. Parties/Events: Parties/celebrations or meetings are strictly prohibited at the property without written consent from the host. If any of the aforementioned occur the host will terminate the agreement without providing a refund and will not be legally responsible to find alternative accommodation.
    4. The property is privately owned; the owners & Your Home Anywhere are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
    5. Respect the property and all furnishings, linens, appliances etc. Only use appliances for their intended use.
    6. Respect the neighbors and adhere to the quiet hours of 11pm - 8am. Creating disturbance will be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement.
    7. If you are staying at a property that allows house trained dogs, you agree to abide by our pet policy provided in your booking confirmation and check-in messages.
    8. Parking is limited to the designated parking space for the property.
    9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property. Please leave the property in a tidy manner as per the check-out instructions.
    10. Water and Septic: No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and block the system, you could be charged damages.

    PET POLICY
    We love dogs here but there are some basic rules:
    - 2 dog limit.
    - We do not allow puppies.
    - Dogs are allowed indoors but not in upstairs, on carpets, couch, beds or furniture.
    - Do not allow your wet dog in the house, this can leave a lingering smell in the house that is difficult to remove. A $200 charge will be incurred, and if a guest checking in needs to be moved to another property due to the smell of wet dog still present in the house, we will also require the cost of that night’s stay.
    - Dogs barking frequently or for extended periods is not acceptable. All dogs bark occasionally, including mine, but it is your responsibility to control your dog and ignoring them until they stop is not an option.
    - BYO blanket/bed for your dog to sleep.
    - The towels in the bathroom are for humans only.
    - Please report any accidents so I can ensure they are cleaned up properly, this will be at the expense of the guest.
    - If your dog sheds hair, there is a vacuum cleaner in the laundry to clean it up before leaving.
    - Dogs must not be left on their own in the house.
    - All dog poops must be picked up before departure. A fee will be charged if we need to do it.

    Penalties:
    Damage: Should any damage occur to anything within the home or on the grounds of the property the Guest will be solely responsible for the costs or the repairs or replacement.
    Parties/Events: Should a party or event take place at the property there will be a penalty of $750 Pets: Should a pet stay at the property where there are no pets allowed a penalty of $500 penalty will apply.
    Cleaning: Should the property not be left in a tidy manner and require additional cleaning the Guest will be responsible for the cost of the extra cleaning.
    Smoking: Should smoking occur on the property or within the home there will be a penalty of $500
    Security Deposit: A security deposit will be taken the day prior to arrival. The Guests potential financial impact (should any of the Rental Rules be broken) can be higher than the security deposit as noted above in the penalties.
