"我們住的是傳統套房，房間是兩個人使用都嫌浪費的大。有點舊但是乾淨的，浴室洗手台和沖澡的蓮蓬頭都是兩個，同時使用不會打架。 戶外溫泉溫度剛好，深度大小都很棒！ 我們去時是陰雨天，所以霧濛濛，但晴天時景色一定很美！ 這次我們也有安排飯店內的兩餐，不但量足，也很好吃。每位服務人員態度好也很專業。 如果有開車，停車場在飯店外，走一小段但不遠，大家一兩分鐘路程而已。可以先抵達飯店下行李，工作人員會告知停車場位置。 總之是我願意給超高分的評價！"

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, I spent 1 night for my Aqours pilgrimage. You need to ride a boat to get to the island (free if you stay at the hotel), Friendly staff, Absolutely stunning lobby, rooms, onsen, Mt. Fuji view, the best part is hearing nothing but waves when you open the door to the balcony. Also loved the Aqours Mari shrine room. I wish I stayed for more nights."

"90の母親と70代娘2人の3人で使わせていただきました。 スタッフの対応も良く、料理も大変美味しく頂きました。 部屋も温泉付きのプレミアムルームにしました。 最上階の部屋で最高のビューでした。3ヶ所の貸切温泉もどれも特徴があり、温泉三昧させて頂きました。誕生日の妻(長女)にはサプライズでバースデープレートをお願いして、3人が感激していました。皆さん、また、訪ねたいと言ってました。"

"Staff were excellent. I found that I lost my passport when I was checking in. They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help. BTW, the local "taksashi" crab at nearby restaurant is super super oishii!! Must try!!"

"I had booked this hotel thinking it was standard, but it was Japanese style: tatami floor, floor mattress, and no private bathroom (shower). The room did have a toilet, sink, closets, tv, electrical kettle, etc… yet despite not having my own shower was not a big deal. They offer bathhouse: very clean, spacious, with multiple pools (hot water) cold tub, sauna and even an outdoors onsen! Overlooking the river! Fall asleep sleep to a running river, and waking up to it was so soothing. The staff was...
