"Stayed here to attend an event nearby. The staff are extremely kind, especially the front desk folks. However, the 4th floor had consistent issues with water flow in the toilets before even using them. The room was clean but housekeeping is only offered after you check out so be aware you will need to ask the front desk if you need towels, etc."

"I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. "The pool wasn’t open, the shower was leaking, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the breakfast was only eggs & waffles, stale cereal and the milk was in a pitcher no individual milk and no water, there was a container for bread, begals and donuts but it was empty I will not be staying there ever again"

"It was a nice clean room. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn’t catch in the pictures, I just don’t prefer that set up. The people were very nice. The “road noise” other people mentioned wasn’t an issue for us although we were in the front of the motel. "

"The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival. I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. BUT to get to the breakfast area room, you either walked up and around the outside of the building or climbed stairs. ALSO to use the shower, you had to be able to raise your leg at least 15 inches to clear the side of the tub. THEN TO STEP...

"I like staying at smaller chains, but this one needed a lot of help. No sound proofing, we could hear all of the neighbors conversations. Bathrooms were older and could use a good scrubbing. With that said, I never felt unsafe in the hotel and it got the job done for sleeping and moving on"
