An English garden all around you looking on the blue sea where a direct access is granted by a very practical wooden platform that will take you to a rocky area and a transparent light blue sea: the best for a day swimming, or for discovering the underwater wonders if you are into scuba diving!
SeaTerrace is all on the ground floor of the villa, a 120sqm-wide apartment that just shares the entrance and the parking with the discrete owner who lives on the upper floor. Privacy is complete in this beautiful and refined historic villa.
The view is of course the most impressive thing, but than, also a private outside pergola (just for guests), tastefully furnished with outdoor tables and chairs, will be perfect for starting your day at its best with a delicious breakfast with fresh-baked croissants, staring at the beautiful sea right in front of you. There is also a BBQ area that will let you enjoy plenty of open-air dinners with fresh products from the fish markets nearby, as well as a sun-bathing area within the impeccable English garden: the panorama here is really wonderful, especially with the thousands of shades of the colors during sunrise and sunset. And then, you just have to turn your head around to discover the majestic Mt. Etna, the active volcano that has recently been declared UNESCO world heritage, with the green forests of the Etna Park.
Sea Terrace is in the city of Torre Archirafi so all you need – markets, restaurants and so on – just 200 meters far away.
A terrace overlooking the sea: sea terrace is an elegant, stylish villa with an elegant English garden, a stunning sea view and private access. It is located in the picturesque seaside village of Torre Archirafi on the Ionian coast of Sicily, just a short walk from the beautiful town of Riposto, near "a little corner of paradise on earth": Taormina.

The flat is located on the ground floor of the villa and can accommodate up to 4 people in large, comfortable spaces.
The private porch (accessible only to ground floor guests), furnished with outdoor furniture, will be perfect for your outdoor moments. There is also a barbecue area, for delicious al fresco dinners with fish from nearby markets, as well as a solarium area right on the impeccable lawn.

Inside, the living area retains the features of the old house: vaults, quality floors and stone walls. The rooms are spacious and bright: the living area with its beautiful vaults, furniture and refined details (including the typical and prestigious Sicilian ceramics) overlooks the pergola, and is right next to the dining area, tastefully furnished with prestigious antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and decorated with Sicilian majolica tiles; the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious.

Direct access to the sea is made even easier by a wooden platform that leads beyond the rocks to an azure sea.

Safety Deposit € 300 - All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.
