"We can't say enough nice things about this house. My parents, brother and his kids, and my husband and I stayed here for a family reunion. It is a wonderful house. The photos do not do it justice. "Neat little place, close to everything. There is a small issue of tiny ants in kitchen...Parked in driveway, but could have used the garage if we wanted. Neighborhood nice, all well kept homes. Very old house that makes it charming."

"The house is listed as a mansion. It did not meet my impression of a mansion. It is beautif on the inside but needs some updates. The space for the kids and all the different areas was great. The grounds were under repair and there was no private outdoor space. We did not realize, but there was no bathtub. The property manager was wonderful."

"We traveled to Erie for the funeral of a family member. The location was good and the accomodations met our needs overall. The lack of an ironing board was inconvenient. Had there been one we would not have had to bring all of our clothing to the home of another family member to iron. Also, it would have been helpful to have had a sink stopper in the kitchen sink."

Karen provided everything we could possibly need, a fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, towels, etc. She was so generous providing water, gatorade, and freezie pops for the kiddos and firewood for a campfire.
