"Expedia customers rarely get main-floor rooms. Not surprisingly, my room was on the 2nd floor. I am a senior and asked for a main floor room as there is no elevator. That request was declined. I asked for assistance with my luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. That was declined."

"Our stay was for a celebration of life for our brother so we did not use the pool, hot tub or sauna but I’m sure they were excellently maintained and clean. It was what it was, a place to sleep and visit family, but a perfect place to stay. Next time we will check everything out. The breakfast was just what we wanted. Thank you!"
