The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September (please note it is not fenced).
A damage deposit is required upon arrival, refundable at departure after property inspection.
Rental fee excludes: €300 final cleaning fee, optional heating (€400/week), and additional electricity consumption over 300 kWh/week at €0.35/kWh.
