"O hotel é muito bom, muito limpo e organizado, porém o café da manhã é bem fraco e para piorar uma máquina de fritar ovos e demais alimentos estava queimada e o café se resumiu a pão e sucrilhos. Achei bem pouco caso dos funcionários com a gente, pois não tivemos opção para comer algo quente."

"Breakfast was just ok. Food was not hot"

The fixtures are old but still work as they should. The staff are very helpful and helped me with a check in problem that was my fault and fixed it with no issues. "The hotel was good. However, we paid a $100 deposit per room (two rooms) and we didn’t receive the deposit refund. The reservation was made by Hotels.com. We contacted the hotel through the Hotels.com platform and the Howard Johnson website, but they didn’t asmwer us. We are still waiting an answer and the refund. "

"Finding parking was a breeze, which made our stay easier. The room was so clean and cozy, we felt right at home. Really pleased with our experience!"

"I booked this hotel to just crash before a Sierra Nevada trip. The hotel was run down with tweakers hanging out in the parking lot. I didn't feel safe. I blocked my door with the room chair. The rooms weren't clean. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I will not stay here again."

"Everything was wonderful!"

"So glad we chose this hotel! The staff really took care of us and the parking was super easy, making our stay so much smoother. We'll definitely recommend it!"
