"Incrível! Lugar impecável. Tudo novo. Limpo. Amei o apartamento. Uma varanda muito boa. A única coisa foi que o aquecedor não aquecia muito, mas deu p aguentar. O anfitrião muito atencioso. Eu amei! Super voltaria. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our host did an outstanding job making us feel welcome, and the property was exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect with a huge lawn right on the Chena River! We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, our kids enjoyed paddleboarding on the river, and our dog enjoyed exploring the spacious yard. The home itself has a unique, old time Alaska feel to it, and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed reading some of the articles hanging up about the history...

"This treehouse was a wonderful stay. The check-in was easy, just a code for the door. Made it very easy when my plane landed at 0200 and an exhausted traveler just wanted to sleep. The house was warm and welcoming. Spacious enough for me. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked. The host was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This was in the top 3 VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed. I really felt at home when I walked in. There was such attention to details. Comfy and cozy. Bed was very comfortable and shower was hot and good water pressure! Close enough to walk into town and see the sights. Ben was very personal and accommodating and quick to respond. Will absolutely stay again on my next trip to Fairbanks!"

"Laura and Martin have a wonderful get-away. Breakfast, coffee, water and snacks await you upon arrival. The house is clean and the decor provides real Alaskan vibe. I stayed mid-July and the deck and flowers were peaceful and inviting. As hosts,, they are friendly and attentive. I would recommend anyone to their lovely Gilmore house. "
