"What we enjoyed the most about our stay was the genuine feeling of belonging. It was truly one of the best Mandarin Oriental experiences we’ve ever had. The level of personalization was exceptional — everyone addressed us by name, which made us feel incredibly special. We arrived a day after my birthday, and our butler surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine, a thoughtful gesture that made all the difference in making us feel so warmly welcomed. Every evening, returning to our room to find chocolates and dates was another beautiful touch that showed such attention to detail. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with remarkable design throughout. Our room was beautifully decorated, with exquisite attention to detail and special amenities that made the experience even more memorable. The gym and pool areas were also excellent, perfectly complementing the overall experience. It was an unforgettable stay, defined by warmth, care, and impeccable service."
