Located between Gallos and Somatas villages only 7 km away from Rethymno and 8 km away from the long sandy beach which lies in front of the city, villa Dianna is a fully renovated villa offering facilities for the whole family and outstanding panoramic sea views from all the areas indoors or outdoors.
Totally isolated but also close to everything, the three-storey 250 sq. m villa is furnished elegantly inside and out with great attention to every details. It can accommodate 9 people in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary.
Indoor layout
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is an elevator hall and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Our gym has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a treadmill, abs equipment, exercise balls, a boxing bag and many more.
Reaching to the first floor by the staircase or elevator, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a fireplace, a 42” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped functional kitchen. The living room area opens to a veranda with sitting area which also leads you to the pool and the garden area. It also has a balcony on the opposite side with a sitting area and mountain view. Additionally an organised office area and a bathroom with shower are also found on the same floor. The first floor also hosts a bedroom with a double bed with balcony.
The staircase or elevator from the living room area on the first floor leads you up to the second floor. On this floor there are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed. All the bedrooms in the villa have 32” HDTV and their own bathroom.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 45 sq. m swimming pool
-Jaccuzi for 5 people
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with a sink and a wood oven
- Dining table
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, chairs and tables) for relaxing in the balconies, the veranda and the gardens around the villa
- Parking space for many cars
The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests.
Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoor and outdoor!

We will wait for you in the villa for your arrival (despite the time, even after midnight) in order to help you with the house details and give you as much informations as you want about the area, taverns, shops, places and beaches that you have to visit!

Villa Dianna is located just 7 km from the center of Rethymno city and 6 km from the closest beach.
It is situated on a hill between the small village of Somatas and the big village of Gallos which nowadays is actually a suburb of Rethymno.
Most kind of amenities such as shops, taverns, bank and pharmacy shop can be found in Gallos which is only 2.5 km away from the villa.
Also in a distance of 5 km away in the entrance of the city called “Koumpes” area you can find big supermarkets, some of the best restaurants of the city and all other kind of shops.
Furthermore in the same area of Koumpes, there are some of the best summer nightclubs of the city.
The surrounding area is rural and peaceful since neither car nor other noisy facilities are close enough. This is what makes Villa Dianna special and even though the city is close by, you will rest peacefully and feel “away from it all”!
Staying at our villa will give you the advantage of relaxing in a quiet private area while literally being close to everything which makes it a perfect spot to explore Crete and it’s beauties.
