Guests have exclusive access to the entire 220 sqm property, the 50 sqm swimming pool, the gardens, and the BBQ area. No areas or facilities are shared.



Other things to note

A rental car is strictly necessary to explore the area and reach the town center (7 km away), as there is no public bus service nearby. Please be aware that the swimming pool reaches a maximum depth of 3.00 meters; diving is prohibited and children must be supervised at all times. Because the property features a working private farm 100 meters away, guests may occasionally hear natural rural sounds or farm animals during their stay.
