The villa is located 1.5 km from the picturesque village ''Skouloufia'' and 20km from the town of Rethymnon. It is a residence configured in such a way as to cover all the expectations. It is ornated with discreet luxury and perfectly combines modern comfort with the elements of the traditional Cretan hospitality.

In particular, the villa consists of two floors.

The ground floor, where there is a spacious bedroom with two comfortable beds, a functional bathroom, a living room with all the modern comforts (LCD TV, DVD player, mini HI-FI, e.t.c.), two sophisticated dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and tools to offer you a culinary journey to the Greek flavors!

In the first floor, there is a modern bathroom with a hot tub, two bedrooms with innovative touches with a view on the one side to the beautiful mountains of Crete (Psilorites, White Mountains etc. ) and on the other side the crystal clear water of the Cretan Sea splashing all over the lush vegetation of the island.

Guests will have access to our'' Private Cellar'', some days during their staying ,in which they can sample traditional wine and watch the wine-making, but also to collect fruits and vegetables from the private garden which we have!
