Right on the beach
The villa stands right in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach from the villa: within a few steps you can go from your private pool straight into the sea. The water is clear and blue-green, with calm conditions for swimming, and the beach is a lovely place to watch both sunrise and sunset.

Private seawater infinity pool and hot tub
In the outdoor areas there is a private seawater infinity pool whose edge seems to merge with the sea, together with a private hot tub (jacuzzi). Pool heating available on request – please let us know before arrival. Indoors, the master suite has a hydro-massage bathtub, and large openings in the living area give sea views.

Lap pool, outdoor cinema and service
There is also a 35 m seawater lap pool shared only by guests of the Meerum villas, with an infinity edge, ideal for swimming and exercise. There is an outdoor cinema under the stars and complimentary bicycles, and a daily afternoon reception with concierge help for restaurants, excursions and transfers. A private chef, fridge stocking and grocery supply can be arranged on request. The villa is part of the Thalasses Villas Collection, recommended by Condé Nast Traveller since 2024.

The space
Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a Smart TV, storage space and direct access to the outdoor areas:
• Bedroom 1: one queen bed
• Bedroom 2: one double bed
• Bedroom 3: one double bed
Two single beds are also provided. There are 3 bathrooms in total.

The open-plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge with large TVs, a JBL sound system and Wi-Fi. Outside you will find a fully equipped BBQ, an outdoor dining area, sunbeds, relaxation areas and landscaped gardens with Mediterranean planting.

Practical points
The villa is on a single level. It was built with sustainability in mind, with a photovoltaic system, local natural materials and energy-efficient installations. Included in your stay: a welcome basket, linens and towels, toiletries, and pool and garden maintenance.

The whole villa is private to your group: all three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, the open-plan living area and kitchen, and the outdoor areas around the villa, from the private seawater infinity pool and hot tub (jacuzzi) to the BBQ and the garden. Beyond the villa, you can also use a 35 m seawater lap pool shared only by guests of the Meerum villas. The beach is directly accessible from the complex. Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Our guest assistant or the Thalasses Villas reception welcomes you and hands over the keys, so please let us know your arrival time in advance.

Our team looks after you from booking to departure. The reception service runs every afternoon, and outside those hours you can reach us by message through the platform whenever you need something. We are happy to book restaurants, plan excursions, arrange transfers or set up extras such as a private chef, and otherwise we leave you to enjoy the villa in complete privacy.

Meerum stands right on the seafront at Pigianos Kampos, in the Rethymno area of Crete, looking out over the Cretan Sea. The beach in front of the complex has clear blue-green water and calm conditions for swimming. The complimentary bicycles are an easy way to explore the beach, the surrounding villages and the natural landscape of the area.

Private transfers to and from the airport can be arranged on request with our professional drivers, including private vans for families and groups, and the same service can take you to restaurants and sights or on tours of Crete. For short trips along the coast, the complimentary bicycles are the easiest way to get around. If you are driving, free parking is available on the premises.

• The pools and the hot tub (jacuzzi) use seawater. Pool heating available on request – please let us know before arrival.

• The infinity pool and hot tub are private to your villa. You can also use a 35 m seawater lap pool shared only by guests of the Meerum villas.

• Maximum 6 guests. Unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted. A valid ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in, as required by Greek law.

• Quiet hours are 14:00–18:00 and 23:00–08:00.

• No smoking inside the villa. Pets are not allowed.

• Children must be supervised at the pool at all times, and no glass is allowed by the pool.

• Weddings, celebrations and other events are possible only by prior written agreement with the host.

• Keys are handed over in person, so please let us know your arrival time in advance.

• In accordance with Greek law, a climate crisis resilience fee may apply, which is payable on arrival.
