The luxurious Villa Onyx is a newly built 180 m² two-storey villa with a 30m² heated swimming pool ( heated by extra charge) in Violi Haraki of Rethymno prefecture and stunning views on the endless blue of the Cretan sea, able to accommodate up to eight people.

Its construction quality and careful decoration aim at your relaxation and rest, throughout your vacation. The house is only 4 km from the city center and only 2 km from the nearest beach, this makes it the ideal accommodation for those who want the tranquility of the countryside but within a very close distance from the city center.



The space



Villa Onyx features a modern architectural style, with services and facilities carefully selected with expertise and elegance in mind. It is built on two floors and has a basement. On the ground floor, the guests will find an impressive open space with a living room equipped with comfortable sofas, a 65” smart TV and large windows with direct access to the pool and a panoramic view of the sea. In the same space you will also find the comfortable dining room for eight people, to enjoy your meals with your family or your friends. Finally, in the single space is the ultra modern kitchen, equipped with all electrical appliances and all the things you need to prepare and serve your meals, which also has a large worktop.

On the first floor, the visitor will find 3 bedrooms with bathroom, balcony and careful decoration. The first bedroom has a double bed, which can be separated into two singles, with an anatomical mattress, measuring 1.60 X 2 m., bathroom with shower, 43 inch smart TV, wardrobes and a balcony with an amazing view of the sea. The second bedroom is exactly the same style with a double bed 1.60 X 2 m., and anatomical mattress, bathroom with shower, wardrobes, smart TV 43" and a balcony with a sea view. The last bedroom on the floor has a balcony with a view to the front of the house, two single beds 1.40 X 2 m., bathroom with shower, 43 inch smart TV and comfortable wardrobes.

In the basement of the house the you can find another bedroom with two single beds 1.40 X 2 and anatomical mattresses, bathroom with shower, wardrobe and 43 inch smart TV. In the basement there is also a shared W.C. Additionally, the basement features a small gym room along with a cozy seating area, providing a perfect space for exercise and relaxation.



The outdoor space



The outdoor area of Villa Onyx will really impress you with its magnificent view and the 30 m² swimming pool. The large dining room next to the pool is waiting for you and your loved ones, to enjoy your food or drink and in the company of all the colors and aromas of the Cretan land. Around the pool there are comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas to enjoy the beneficial Cretan sun. In the outdoor area you will also find the barbecue for your cooking concerns as well as an outdoor shower with the possibility of using hot water.

There is free wifi throughout the house, it has two parking spaces and all the balcony doors and windows of the house have been equipped with screens to protect you from insects.



The area.



Violi Haraki is a suburb of the Municipality of Rethymno and only 4 km from the city center. At a very close distance from the house you will find a multitude of shops such as a supermarket, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, ATM, taverns, cafes and everything else you will need during your vacation. Villa Onyx has direct access to the main road of the island so you can explore all the points of interest that makes Crete one of the most popular islands in the world. The nearest airport is Ioannis Daskalogiannis in Chania, at a distance of 60 km, while Nikos Kazantzakis airport in Heraklion is 87 km away.
