This countryside villa in the Loutra region of Crete in Greece is perfect for a small family or a group of friends or even couples wanting to holiday together. This villa is centrally-located on the northwest coast of Crete. It has access to many beaches and restaurants at a 5 km distance. The town centre of Rethymno and the nightlife are 10 km away. There are also many tavernas nearby with delicious Greek food.

The gardens are landscaped and the terraces have sunbeds and hammocks. From the terrace, you have a sea view and olive gardens. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. You have to take the waste away yourself, by sorting it in various containers found along the road. You will have your own parking space. Parties are allowed.

Both the airports of Heraklion and Chania are 70 km away.
