It is only 30 meters away from the sea offering panoramic views of Georgioupolis bay. Katerina villa is located in the northern part of Crete which is a famous destination between Chania and Rethymno, the most cozy and attractive cities of the island, with many museums, castles, old towns and vivid night life.
In villa Katerina you can enjoy privacy for your up to 15 family and friends in the two floors of the property. In its 5 acres of land you can find a huge garden with trees, grass, flowers, a 30 square meter private pool and a BBQ area with dining furniture. Moreover there are sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower in case you prefer swimming at the pool instead of your private beach. The villa has 7 stylish bedrooms with windows enjoying sea or garden views and 4 bathrooms and 1 separate WC. All the villa furniture and materials have been carefully selected to create a romantic atmosphere with a touch of style; also there is a huge variety of modern comforts and amenities. The living room and all bedrooms have air condition and Wi-Fi is available. At the living room there is an open fireplace and a big flat screen TV with satellite reception that will keep you company after a tiring day of swimming or adventuring around the island. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big dining table and it has a variety of amenities such as dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric kitchen, microwave, kettle, toaster, French coffee maker, juice maker and the villa has also washing machine, an iron and an iron board.
Katerina villa has a safe and there is also parking space inside the premises and free public parking outside of the property.
There is also a ping pong table for guests to enjoy.

•First floor: Small entrance with sofa, dining area, living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with window no balconies with air-condition, 2 single bedrooms with air condition and windows no balcony, 1 WC/bathroom, 1 WC/ Shower


Important notice: as you can see in the rates, after the 9th guest there is an extra charge per day per person.

1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.


6. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Fenced pool is included in the price

8. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa

9. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

11. The lead guest (the oldest member of the group) must be at least 21 years old.

12. Please respect the quiet hours from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
