"This was a nightmare.
To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park.
But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it. "Check in was great, staff is amazing and helpful and the hotel itself is in a great location and has great amenities like a fully nice breakfast area and two restaurants. The room was a nice suite room, however there were Wifi issues the first night and we couldn’t use the TV either the first night.
