"Check in was great, staff is amazing and helpful and the hotel itself is in a great location and has great amenities like a fully nice breakfast area and two restaurants. The room was a nice suite room, however there were Wifi issues the first night and we couldn’t use the TV either the first night. To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park.
But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it.
