"We tried to cancel ou reservation previously, because of coronavirus. Hotel.com tried to contact the hotel, but the hotel did not respond; we also tried ourselves to contact the hotel, and they did not respond either. We did not use the hotel, but we were charged for it. Do not go to this hotel, because they do not have any respect for customers. Got will punish them."

"If I’d known I could have refused this room, I definitely would have!! There were No Comfortable Accessories One chair 2 queen beds No frig & freezer The smallest, lowest toilet I’ve ever seen & had to use!! Ants were coming in our doorway The mattress was very thin & extremely uncomfortable! No closet, only an attempt to provide a shelf & 4 hangers above the head of our bed"

"The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. They had a hot tub, bbq’s (equipment) and even a sauna and game room. The little stores and restaurants are walking distance and you’re right in nature."

"The hot tub was good , but needed cleaning after kids were in it. Pool was cold. Ceiling fan didn't work and light of coffee station was broken."

"Our stay was just ok. The people/person on the above unit were bothersome. You can hear every footsteps and at one point they were banging on their floor. cleaning supplies are a must if we’re staying for more than one night."
