"Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased."

"The overall hotel experience was great. The staff were all super friendly and helpful with any questions or issues that arose. The room itself was very clean and comfortable for our stay. No issues with parking, as there was always a spot for us to find and even if we had to walk a little further from the main parking lot it didn’t phase us as we got to experience the beauty of the resort as we did so. Breakfast has great hours and offers a good variety of food and drinks at the morning coffee...

"The hotel room is quite spacious and well-equipped, though somewhat dated. It is relatively well-maintained. The ocean view is lovely, but the beach is rocky. There is no daily housekeeping service—which, for me, isn't an issue at all. Do not expect a resort-style atmosphere or level of service. It offers excellent value for money and is well-suited for those seeking flexibility in their accommodation."

"The studio is in a great Location, not only the resort is beautiful, in front of the beach, with some shops and restaurants around but also Wailua is in the center of the island, easy to go to any direction. The studio is very confortable and charming. I think it can have some small improvements, but it was a very good stay. (The hair driyer was not workig, and a kettle for tea drinkers would be nice)"
