"Host was very welcoming and provided great communication. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and we loved being right on the canal, which we took full advantage of it for kayaking and paddle boarding. The only negatives were that the board games were more or less for show (very few had pieces parts remaining to be playable), and the kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes were usable, but not in the best condition. Can’t fault the host for these problems…just the long...

"Our family was in town for a wedding and casa dorada was perfect for us. The listing photos are accurate, the house is spacious, and we enjoyed the game room and the backyard fire pit on cool evenings. The cold water bottles in the wine fridge was a nice touch. Our only suggestions would be for additional silverware and kitchen towels. There is no dishwasher, but we didn't make big meals so not an issue for us. I would stay there again."

"I was so very pleasantly impressed by this little b&b! It was very clean, and has old charm with new upgrades. The bathroom in the citrus room was SO beautiful. The beds were more firm but I do like that. It was quiet even being on a main road. Breakfast had a little bit of something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I was able to have a full breakfast! We stayed for our anniversary and wanted a nice place and I would highly recommend to others."

"Very clean and nice! Had a spot of trouble with the lock to get in, but soon figured it out- none too many towels and washcloths around- no laundry soap.. it was so clean and sparkling, we'd have loved to stay longer!!"
