"Communication with the host was great. My father had a medical issue beyond the refund window that stopped us from making the original reservation date, Owner allowed us to move our date out a couple of weeks. Everything was clean, the kitchen and dishes were clean. The bathroom was brand new. All of the beds were comfy and clean. I slept on the couch bed in the third room, it was firm and comfortable. It was a great location for us. We were originally from the area and went back to visit...

The owner was incredibly responsive to all requests and inquiries before and during the stay. They had the minor things that I have had to purchase or go without when I've been at other VRBO houses (scissors, salt, cinnamon, bandaids, etc). All minor things, but it made our stay very convenient. We took the kayaks out, spent a bunch of time in the hot tub, grilled out, and toasted a million...

"Twenty-five family members flew in from around the country for a memorial service in Pittsfield. The Inn allowed us to turn the weekend into a family reunion honoring our father/grandfather. Nine people slept at the Inn and we hosted two BBQ dinners for all. People enjoyed the fire pit, outdoor games and hot tub, the deck and large kitchen. Perfect weather and enough parking for our fleet of cars."
