Ordering systems that failed. Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work. Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing. "The hosts Clare and Kevin were fantastic. I stayed there for a week. They were friendly and helpful. I felt right at home immediately. The room was in tip-top condition, clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Cleaning was done every day.
