FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

You will receive a "Welcome to the Arbor-Lyn Community" email 18 days prior to your arrival. This email will contain valuable information about your vacation home and the Arbor-Lyn Community. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.

Property Manager provides professional cleaning services before check-in and after check-out. Rental guests must remove garbage, clean food spills from the refrigerator, counters, and oven top, and leave the property free of clutter.

The home may have security cameras and/or video doorbells installed outside for security and safety purposes.

By completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals, you agree to all Terms and Conditions outlined in the Lease Agreement.

House Rules:
* Strict That You May only bring one small dog - under 50 pounds (must keep off furniture and beds)
* Strict Lead Renter Requirements - The lead renter must be 25 years of age or older, stay in the home every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.
* Strict No Smoking
* Strict that all dog waste must be removed from the yard and any common area that your dog visited
* Strict - Occupancy Limit AS Noted In The Listing
* Strict - No Senior Week, Student Celebrations or Loud Parties
* Must follow the HOA community rules
