"My 12 year old and I enjoyed being close to the beach for 4th of July. We invited friends and it was a very comfortable stay for 4 - with beds to spare! Two full baths if you include the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath on first floor, which the kids used a lot. A clean and perfectly located house next to fine dining for grown ups and pizza and ice cream for the kids. Nice back porch with friendly neighbors. A great beach house and a very helpful host!"

"Prime location in Dewey beach. Nestled away from the commotion in a little parking lot right by the beach, Gigi's property exceeded all expectations. Special shoutout to Gigi for going above and beyond with her hospitality for our group. Will certainly try to stay here again if I am to return to the area!"

"The only thing different was the new sofa, which we greatly appreciated! We even used it as a “crate” area for our dog. She even had a great time! I recommend this house!"

My family came for a long weekend for a baseball tournament and found that this was in the perfect location - close to the beach and close enough to the fields, with lots of amenities super close by. The condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts were communicative to ensure that we had all that we needed. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The house is located steps from the beach and the host provides the beach toys, towels, and most of what you need. Our family enjoyed our stay and it’s perfect for kids too.When we ran into some issues the host took care of it right away. We will be back. "

"The property was immaculate but very outdated. Furniture was comfortable and it had all the basics. Some of the bedroom furniture had knobs missing but the bed was great. We spent most of our time outdoors and the location was perfect! Thank you!"

"Can't beat this property in Fenwick. Proximity to the beach is unbelievable. Enough room for the whole family and large living space so you aren't in top of each other. Pool after the beach every day was a perfect end to each day."

"We had another wonderful, relaxing stay at this well-maintained and well-appointed beach house. David is an excellent host -- available and responsive -- and the house (and pool) are delightful. We enjoyed the neighborhood, which is attractive and yet within walking distance of the boardwalk and the town generally."

"Estadia maravilhosa. Hotel atendeu nossas expectativas. Recepcionista foi extremamente solícita e atenciosa (não me recordo o nome dela mas é uma senhora que tem percieng). Foi super amável com as crianças. Hotel possui estacionamento, quarto com frigobar, mesa e microondas, além de servir café da manhã. Certamente voltaremos a ficar no hotel. "
