This relaxed and family-friendly Rehoboth Beach getaway is just minutes from everything downtown has to offer. This updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home combines a great in-town location with the simple pleasures of classic beach living.

Inside, the home is bright and comfortable, a perfect space to unwind after a day at the beach, biking the nearby Junction & Breakwater Trail, or exploring Rehoboth’s shops and restaurants.

But the real star of the house is the large screened front porch. It’s the kind of space that reminds you why people fall in love with beach towns in the first place. Start the morning with coffee, spend the afternoon reading or people-watching, and wind down in the evening with dinner, drinks, and board games with family and friends.

Love staying here. The house is clean, the furniture really comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. Was surprised that paper products were included. Love, love, love that you added lamps to the porch so we can use it in the evenings too. Very convenient to everything in town. We will rent here again.

Girls weekend was a hit with this lovely home. Very well appointed and super clean. Property manager was helpful and attentive. Location was perfect within Rehoboth. Screened in front porch was the favorite place to hang out! We also really appreciated all the cleaning supplies and such that were provided. Our group had flown in from all over the U.S. so it was super helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!

Perfect place to stay

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. It was very clean and cozy. The patio was everything we needed to enjoy our coffee in the morning. I would definitely use this house again.

Comfortable property in quiet neighborhood

We stayed in this house over the Christmas holiday. The house was as advertised - clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We would have liked a desk or table to work at, besides the dining room table, and a chair or two in the living area in which to read, but not essential. Neighborhood was quiet and easily walkable to Rehoboth attractions.

2024 JazzFest Girls Weekend

Our group of 4 women were very comfortable at this house. It was very clean and the decor was beach themed but tastefully done. My only suggestion would be curtains for the front windows of the living room which could be drawn at night to provide some privacy and directions on how to work the TVs.

Long time friends and family gathering

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the porch and hanging out in the living area. Weather was iffy for late September/early October and these rooms were perfect. Our group included some wonderful chefs and we enjoyed great meals in the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. I had one question for the host and received a response within minutes. We would definitely rent this again.

Great House

This house is perfect for a small family and a place to gather. The front porch is large and has a nice eating table for 6. We love the location…walkable to the boardwalk and to the beautiful lake. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking items, there’s an outdoor shower and comfortable living/dining area. We hope to be back again!

Aptly named family vacation home

We loved this place! My wife and I stayed with my son, daughter-in-law and their two boys (ages 3 and 5). We took all our meals on the porch and also played card games and just relaxed there. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and the bedrooms were a perfect fit for all six of us. The boys loved the bunk beds! The clean, fully functional grill was a bonus. Plan on a 12-15 minute walk to the beach and bring your own bed linens and bath/beach towels. Communication with the owner/manager was great. We recommend this vacation home!

Beachy Blues

This home is easily the best beach home we have ever rented. From the moment you step in and see the hues of beach blues, it’s peaceful and meticulously clean! The porch is the best - we had meals there and also lounged and listened to the rain. The kitchen is very well equipped - thank you for the cleaning and paper products; this made our life so much easier! The outside shower is wonderful with great water pressure. The four bunk beds were great for our granddaughters - they each had a place to sleep and a place to put all their stuff. We had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Perfect beach house

This is a lovely home with a huge porch and off street parking. Great location, very quiet and relaxing. They had everything that we needed to get started including paper products. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

Love, Love, Love the Front Porch

Our overall stay was very good. Easy check in and check out process. Love the proximity to shops, beach. We spent many nights on the front porch playing cards, sharing memories, consuming beverages. We had to bring our Keurig. Kitchen drawers could have been tidier. We washed all utensils and kitchenware before use. Next time we will look for a place with bathrooms having hall access not having to go through someone bedroom. Minor issues. Overall a very good experience.

Amazing beach house

We loved staying in this home. It was beautiful, clean and close to everything. The porch was absolutely stunning and so fun to relax in. We spent a ton of time sitting in there and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cute beach house.

Great visit!

The house was very clean, and the pictures don’t do it justice. My favorite space was the porch, and because we had unseasonably warm weather for late October, we were able to use it from early in the morning until late at night. Kitchen appeared to be very complete with saucepans, dishes, and cutlery but we didn’t actually cook while we were there. There is a large TV in the living room and a smaller one in the master bedroom, but we didn’t use those either since we were outside most of the time. Great internet signal for remote working, which we did need. Would stay there again.

Great home!

A wonderful home to stay in, just a 15 minute walk to the beach. After mid-September, you can park freely throughout the town, so you can drive and park close to the boardwalk if walking is difficult. The home and porch is spacious and wonderful for cooking and having meals together. There is lots of light, and the screened porch allows you to open doors and let in the ocean air, without the bugs. Bathrooms are small, but this did not concern us. The outside shower is nice. All in all a fine place to stay, especially in off-season for us.

Great spot with modern amenities

We had a lovely stay here in Rehoboth! It’s walking distance to the main road with all the restaurants and close to the coffee shop (most important for our group!) Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed. Would easily book this spot again for that front porch alone!

Wonderfully comfortable house

Spacious and comfortable house. Particularly appreciated the provision of basic household items such as detergent, paper towels, Kleenex etc., even though we had brought our own. A relatively short walk to the beach - which made us feel less guilty about trying out the local restaurants. Will be sure to make a return visit.

Great Place for a Long Beach Weekend!

House was a great size for our group, and the sun room was a favorite. Easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and boardwalk. And the guest book was a cute touch. Wonderful base for a fun weekend!
