Step out of the building to the boardwalk and beach. This south facing one bedroom condo has breath taking views of the city of Rehoboth, the boardwalk, and the Atlantic Ocean. The unit will sleep 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a king sleeper sofa. Kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

This is a quiet building ideally located just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The walking paths around Lake Gerar are minutes away. The north end of the boardwalk is quiet, the beach is guarded during the summer season. Despite the quiet location, the hustle and bustle of the south boardwalk and the shops and restaurants of downtown Rehoboth are a short 5-minute walk away. One Virginia requires a one-week minimum stay with Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during the summer months.
