BIG 3100 s.f. Beach House! Sleeps 12 comfortably IN BEDS, 5 bedroom (1 King, 3 Queen, 1 full, and 1 pull-out queen sofa in semi-private first level area) end unit Townhome at The Grande at Canal Pointe! 3 1/2 full baths with 2 tubs and 1 master vessel tub, plus Bonus shower in garage! Balcony, deck & patio to view sunsets & pond w/fountain. Land to run, play frisbee, b-ball and grill. "Our own" Blue Heron frequents our pond often! House privacy with comfortable gathering spaces, additional sleeping on Queen pull-out couch in semi-private LL sitting room. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings. Brand new vessel tub and walk-in shower. Situated at head of gorgeous Junction-Breakwater trail. ~1.5 mile walk or drive to beach, 4 adult bikes available. 6 newer beach chairs are included. Walk to (2) community pools, hoops, (2) clubhouses with Pickleball, courts, gym, bocce, tennis. A few blocks to Revelation Brewery (a great community watering hole, with pizza & wings). Half a mile to Tanger Outlets and Rehoboth Avenue hotspots, Waterpark, Go Carts, Movies, Put-put Golf, & tons of Rt. 1 restaurants.
Although we love animals, we realize many people have allergies, so we must ask that absolutely NO PETS enter our home.

Back for the 5th year to this lovely beach retreat that holds all 10 of us comfortably - enough beds and bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, useful extra beverage fridge, and comfortable spaces for gathering and eating. The beautiful deck overlooking the pond seals the deal! Close to the bike trail, beach, and outlet shopping. Several bikes and beach chairs also provided (who does that)? Thanks for another great year!

Spacious, clean house. Communication with Scott ahead of and during our stay was exceptional! Check in process was easy and straightforward. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots, pans, etc. Location was ideal on quiet street, close to neighborhood amenities (gym/pool), right near bike path to Lewes, 5 minute bike ride to Rehoboth Creative Market/ Revelation Brewery, and 5 min drive to downtown Rehoboth/beach. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

This property has everything needed for a fun beach vacation. It has many nice amenities including bikes, beach chairs and the community pool that was in walking distance was very nice! The property is extremely clean and accurately represented in photos and description. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions. He also offered several tips for getting around the area that was very thoughtful!

Great home with excellent facilities!

Scott and Diana’s home is a fabulous home to stay in with everything you need while away. It is a short drive to the beach, state parks, and local restaurants and Funland. It has a beautifully cared for pool, playground and access to a wonderful neighborhood to walk in which we enjoyed every day. Their home has plenty of space to make yourself at home, a fully stocked kitchen with amenities (thank you for the coffee!) Scott is extremely responsive, caring, even got us in earlier than we expected which was very much appreciated! We made memories that will be treasured and it was particularly special since I’d vacationed in Rehoboth as a child. The master is gorgeous along with giant bathroom and that tub is just awesome! We hope to visit again and wanted to say thank you for all the special details. This listing was exactly as described and we really appreciated the great washer and dryer and beach gear. Thank you both for everything, we hope to be back again!!!

Just what the doctor ordered!

We had a spectacular week at this wonderful modern home. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood itself was very quiet and peaceful. We biked to several different beaches. We even found a beach that was empty and the grandkids could swim while all the guys were fishing. The beds were all very comfortable and Scott and Diana were helpful and very patient hosts! My son-in-law left his car mats at the home and Scott was kind enough to retrieve them for us. We enjoyed swimming in the large pool after our days at the beach and at times we had the pool mostly to ourselves. Mucho Gracias!

Our Go-to in Rehoboth

We keep coming back because it's hard to find a house that has everything this one has! We made use of all the amenities like the bikes, grill, pool, and beach chairs. If not for the rain all week, we would have had a corn hole tournament :) The place has enough space for a large group to cook, eat, and gather. We love the deck off the kitchen with the pond view! Scott is great at communicating. accommodating.

Wonderful home for a family

We had an amazing time in this wonderful house. It is beautiful, spacious and very well stocked. The bedrooms are spread, so one does not hear noises. It so easy to go and come back from the beach. The pool is very nice. The host was very communicative which is great. We loved it.

Wonderful stay for our family

This home worked great for our family of 7. It is surprisingly large with a great layout and comfortably furnished. Master suite was great and private and very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well stocked. Also lots of great beach stuff stuff in the garage. Kids enjoyed walking to the pool and basketball court. Easy drive to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. Also it is just off the junction and breakwater trail which was great for running and biking. Host was very kind and communicative. We've paid a lot more money for homes closer to the beach but with all the beach stuff we would still have to drive anyway. I would definitely opt to stay here again and have the peaceful neighborhood and access to other amenities. Highly recommend!

Nice Place

The house was perfect for what we needed, we came as a family to go to the beach. Plenty of space in the living area and seating for eating. The community pool was nice. The hose was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. They even checked on us during our stay to make sure things were going good. It was a great place to stay. When we go again we will certainly look into staying there.

3rd time's a charm

We keep returning because this place has it all! Great location, close to outlets, bike trails, and the beach. Comes equipped with bikes and beach chairs, and there is access to tennis courts and two pools. Unlike many rentals, this house has all the items you typically have to run out for after arriving...paper products, dish towels, hand towels, and even some spices and condiments. We especially love sitting on the deck and looking at the pond in the morning. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The property is wonderful. It is clean and well maintained. We loved our week with our sons and their families. We enjoyed the beach , boardwalk, and playing games on the rainy days. Great way to reconnect with our grandchildren!

Fabulous community, with a wonderful pool for the whole family. Close enough to the beach to bike. The house is spacious and eight of us had plenty of room. Owner Scott is a very good communicator. What a great vacation!

A Diamond in the Ruff!

Scott and Diana have a beautiful beach house & property which is nicely situated near the main beach communities and all center area attractions. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and leisure sports accomodate the area. The area also provides lots of hiking trails near the house and through out all the Delaware Parks. Aside from the Rehoboth area, we explored the townships of Lewes, Dewey, Bethany, and also Ocean City ,Md. We enjoyed nature walking, biking,swimming shopping, dining, beach combing, kayaking, surf fishing, and the simple pleasures of just relaxing at the beach house, their pools and beaches. Their property truely is a diamond in the ruff, providing a great country like location that is nicely located away from the tourists for some calm relaxation, yet near all the ammentities that you may want to do on a nice beach vacation week. The house is full of provisions including kitchen accessories, games, and outdoor activity equipment in the garage. Thank you to Scott & Dianne for a relaxing and enjoyable week away. Rain or shine, there is always something to enjoy and we hope to revisit again!! *Make sure to visit "Revelations Microbrewery", a short walk near the beach house & enjoy the beach house sunsets!!!!...
