One of our guests' favorite features is the simplicity of arrival. Unlike many Rehoboth Beach rentals, all linens and bath towels are included and every bed is professionally made before you arrive. There is no need to coordinate linen rentals, pack bedding from home, or spend your first evening making beds. Your vacation begins the moment you walk through the door.

This spacious end-unit condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and relaxing views of the community pool and lagoon. The open living area provides plenty of room to gather after a day of exploring, while the screened porch offers a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the condo's proximity to the Junction & Breakwater Trail, one of the area's most popular paths for biking, walking, and running. The trail provides a scenic way to explore the Rehoboth and Lewes areas, while a nearby controlled crossing near IHOP makes accessing Rehoboth Beach by bike or on foot easier than many visitors realize.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Minimum rental age is 25.
• The primary renter must complete the rental agreement and provide a valid government-issued photo ID within 48 hours of booking.
• The primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
• Registered guests only. No parties, events, or unauthorized visitors.
• This property is located within a quiet residential community. Guests must respect neighbors and observe all community quiet hours.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the condo and on the screened porch.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including damage to furnishings, appliances, electronics, décor, doors, windows, or other property items.
• All linens and bath towels are provided as a convenience for guests. Permanent staining or damage to sheets, pillowcases, blankets, quilts, comforters, mattress protectors, bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths—including makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, bodily fluids, bleach, food, beverage, or other stains—will be charged at two (2) times the replacement cost.
• Makeup washcloths are provided. Please do not use bath towels or bed linens for makeup removal.

DEPARTURE EXPECTATIONS

• Please place all trash in designated community dumpsters prior to departure.
• Please load and start the dishwasher before leaving.
• Please leave the property in generally tidy condition.
• Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover expectations may result in additional cleaning charges.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, loss of security deposit, or removal from the property without refund where permitted by law.
