Walking distance to downtown too! The first floor of the home offers spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, separate living room and dining room, den with queen sofabed and TV which can be closed off and used as a bedroom with access to the back yard area. The second floor has 3 bedrooms plus an enclosed porched with a queen sofabed. Shared gas grill, wireless internet and parking for three to four cars! This property also has a rear apartment (101B New Castle) which can be rented separately for the larger family and offers an additional two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and large porch. If you need even more room, rent the house right next door at 507 King Charles Avenue! No pets please.
Guest pays a $165 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in off-season. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
