Excellent location for your stay or visit in Regina. The property is conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown area and the University of Regina.

Property is brand new and features all new furniture and appliances. Includes master bedroom, master bathroom, second bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living area.

Both bedrooms have queen sized beds.

The kitchen has everything you need for everyday comfort during your stay. Rent also includes front load washer and dryer, Cable TV, and WI-FI access.

It has underground parking with remote access.

Regina Family Stay

This was an excellent and well-located property and the property manager was great to communicate with. We extended several times due to family/weather issues, and there was no problems with that. Highly recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay.

Beautiful place

Very nice modern condo to rent. Seemed like cleaning was done a bit fast (there was still coffee in the coffee machine and no garbage bags in the kitchen) but nothing that would ruin our stay. Overall a nice place in a very nice neighbourhood. Would definitely rent again if I'm in the area.

East side Condo

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s flexibility with check ins and check outs. Condo was modern, clean and had lots of amenities. We would love to stay again in the future.

Pretty good place

Nice enough for the price. Fitness area not so good. Underground parking very dusty. Strong cooking smells in the hallway most days. AC blower is confined to the living room so to cool the bedrooms the doors must be open. Despite the above I'd go there again for a short stay.

Loved It!

Home away from home; all amenities provided, extremely clean. excellent amount of space and wonderful layout - far superior than staying at a hotel - excellent communication; any minor issues responded to immediately. Excellent location. Extremely secure. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Home away from home

This is my third time staying at this property. It is well maintained. The location is away from the downtown but with a vehicle nothing is very far away in Regina. It's about 15 minutes to Mosaic Stadium. I do recommend staying here and I plan to again next time I'm in town.

Excellent except for furniture!

The place was awesome. Everything was awesome except for the furniture. The couch and the beds were horrible. The couch was uncomfortable and too short, and the beds were too short and very uncomfortable. Everything else was fantastic.

Great place to stay!

Modern place, very clean and quiet, great location with secure parking, and access to a pool and gym (short walk to clubhouse in next building). Host was very pleasant with great communication. Super appreciated the hair dryer and ironing board, and also the sugar - forgot to purchase some when we bought coffee. I would for sure try to stay at this place again next time we are in Regina.

Disappointing Supplies

The front access doors locks are not very good and keys get stuck in the lock. The side door locks don’t work at all with your key and the doors are frequently left ajar and anyone can access the building. Burnt out light bulbs in the entryway, over the table and in the master bathroom. Toilet seat broken in master bathroom. We contacted the host and had the toilet seat fixed and bulbs replaced in the master bath. We also requested more towels. No hand towels or washcloths and only 5 bath towels for 3 adults for 5 days. Two hand towels were delivered on day 3. It’s a new VRBO so No condiments, no soap, no frying pan lid or large pot lid. Only salt and pepper are provided. The condo was advertised as air conditioned but only the main area is air conditioned. Also, we were not told this property is a no smoking property which includes the patio and parking lot. You have to leave the property to smoke. No outdoor seating and the couch is extremely uncomfortable. The dishwasher was not emptied when we arrived. Upon leaving we are to run the dishwasher before we leave but again no dishwasher pods to use. Again, I understand this is a new VRBO but the purpose of a VRBO is to have everything you need. We were very disappointed for the money we paid and would not recommend this VRBO unless numerous changes were made.

Memorable stay!

My family absolutely enjoyed their stay at this property. Everything was clean and prepared. Aside from the little glitch about not receiving an email on which lockbox has the keys, everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. Love Tanya’s communication and how she answered my questions and accommodated our small request. Would recommend Tanya and her properties anytime and would not hesitate booking this again!

Wonderful place to stay

My daughter and I stayed here for a week in June. The location is south of Victoria/#1 on the east end of the city. This makes it easy to access services and is about 5 minutes from the Ring Road. It has two bedrooms, one on either side of the kitchen/dining area, making it suitable for two couples or a family with one child. The beds and pillows are very comfortable! Both rooms have a walk-in closet. One has a deep tub in the ensuite bathroom, while the other one has an all-glass shower in the ensuite. Ample towels are provided. The kitchen has an island that holds the basic cooking equipment of pots, cutlery, and other accessories. A kettle, toaster and coffee maker are on the cupboard. The freezer-under, French doors fridge has ample space to hold groceries, and the stove is a flat top style with a microwave overhead. There are two, large, deep, stainless-steel sinks right beside the dishwasher. Pods are under the sink. There is a stacked washer/dryer in one of the closets, including laundry detergent. Underground parking makes me wish I had stayed here in the winter! An elevator takes you from parking to the various levels. Included, is a pass that provides access to The Club which houses a pool & hot tub, a weight room, and a games room. It is located right next door to the main building. There is a balcony but I did not use it. There is also a TV with Roku and unsubscribed Netflix. Overall, this was a fabulous place to stay, sleep & cook in while in Regina.

Very Disappointing

Very disappointing experience ... Due to family reasons I had to cancel last minute, fully willing to still pay for my stay even though I never used the condo. I e-mailed the owner asking to be excused from having to pay the cleaning fee. Owner has never replied. Don't stay here, find another location owned by someone who is willing to communicate with you when you need.

Clean and bright.

The condo was as expected; clean, convenient, had lots of storage and privacy. The building was quiet and secure. The main thing lacking was forks and small spoons, which the host was made aware of before we left. Close to shopping and easy to get around with a car.

Babymoon in Regina

We had a great stay at this property. It is central to stores, restaurants, and anywhere you'd want to go in Regina is only 10 minutes away tops. The place was very clean and well kept. Just a few things: the garage door opener stopped working on the last day we were there. The amount of silverware was strange, with only 2 forks yet much more spoons and knives. Lastly there were no wash clothes. Those are minor issues, and our stay overall was very enjoyable.

The lay out was nice and the decore was good. The suite was underequiped for the basics. The main building had issues with the front door locks, the doors wouldn’t open from the inside for 2 of the 4 days we were there. The bedding in the second bedroom was dirty when we arrived. The location is surrounding are is nice and access to restaurants, lounges and shopping is good
