"The fresh made pancakes at breakfast were delicious, but the apples had seen better days. The rooms were clean, but the carpet in the stairwells looked dirty. Beds and pillows were comfortable."

"I find it difficult to believe that all these reviews (which I consulted before booking for our sports team) are positive. Immediately upon entering the room, there was a thick smell of cigarettes that permeated all our clothes. The bathroom had hairs around the sink, and turning on the hot tap resulted in a gush of brown, sandy water.
