"Staff was excellent, efficient and friendly. I was quickly checked in and got to my room which was clean, quiet and comfortable.
They are in the midst of renovations (July 2025) but I was not disturbed by noise or mess. They were also very forthcoming about the days and times the window washers would be there and reminded guests to close their curtains.
My only complaint, which is not really one, is that the newly renovated rooms have a giant frosted glass 4 x 4 foot window between the shower...
"Our stay was very pleasant and the staff were great. The facility was well kept and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast, it was tasty with a good variety for a continental breakfast.
Loved the convenient location with good restaurants, gift shops and major stores very close by. Will definitely stay there again.

Elevators could use some repair—doors were really noisy. Ice machine on 2nd floor not working. Room was nice with a comfortable bed. Could use some new blinds on the window though."
"Second time staying and will continue to be my go to. This time around I stayed 3 nights. The room and hotel clean, quiet, comfortable bed, enjoyed the waffle maker and friendly staff. Plus there’s an amazing authentic Mexican restaurant close by, as well as a sub shop across the street."
